Our Monthly Maintenance Contract
For a fixed low monthly fee, we will come to your premises twice a year to inspect all plumbing related installations and report to you. If plumbing problems or concerns are detected, the team will repair on the spot, free of charge (T’s & C’s apply) and if there is a major issue, arrange with the owner to repair/replace at 50% of the normal rate. No callout fees apply and you can request as many as you need. (only for real plumbing issues)
